From what I have been able to ascertain, from the meeting last week, Lorrichio is now moving to remove Sylver from the BOD. Lorrichio is supported by Quiel & Mike Cohn. A shareholder rep was present who requested , before the meeting, the artiicles of incorporation, by-laws, past K's & Q's, proxy for the prefered stock Sylver claims he has and more. Sylver did not provide that info. After the meeting Lorrichio pledged support for the the removal of Sylver from the BOD. Quiel & others have provided info to the SEC in regards to Sylver and I strongly urge all shareholders to do the same. You can email me for contacts if you wish. The analogy to RMIL is a joke, RMIL was a scam, it appears her Sylver is suspect, and MAY be a part of the Mann/Shell group who orchestrated the pump & dump. Why wasn't Doumanis named in the Mann case? How did Shell get info about supposed "kick-backs"? etc., etc.. AZNT products are selling and the telemarketers brought in over 1200 new retailers, Embe being the biggest seller. More investors are interested in AZNT after Sylver is gone. This group is really outta control, I suggest investors give all the info they can to the SEC, support Lorrichio's move to get Mike out of there, demand to see the proxy in regard to Sylvers' proclaimed prefered voting only stock. I talked for months about GTRD, they were indicted, Cimino, like Dumont was given stock/or compensation to move the market. There was Shur, Zapara, Kricfalusi, WellRich, & on & on. In my opinion, Sylver may have stabbed these crooks in the back, but who knows. Art Murray, as Sharebear claims to have dealings with Sylver too. It is a matter for the SEC. But I thank Marchand for all his diligence, Emschwiller in regards to Marchese & Shell and all the other investors who are fighting so hard to rid the OTC of these creeps. Have a good one!
