PG:

Just meant that it will spawn a new level of interest in a variety of disciplines in the sector. I didn't mean to imply that, from a capital appreciation stance, that tomorrow will be good, bad or indifferent. The selling into the gap opening for "genomics" on Friday left some feeling like decoys, come to life in shallow water.

This is what I meant/mean..... the capitalization of the sector is growing like we've never seen before, but many valuations are still way, way low. We are literally in stock-picker's heaven..... I won't predict the short-term direction of the sector overall, but it's a cinch that interest will burgeon for certain, if you like, subsectors. Find the under-valued stuff in those subsectors and plan your vacation.

One more comment.... one of the stocks that I've been talking about is a Roach Motel. No liquidity at all.

Celera Genomics (CRA) is the number one hot topic on SI right now. Biotech Valuation is #8.

Whatever happens tomorrow, there is great interest in completion of the Human Genome Project and in the future of biotechnology.
