The rise from .60 to over $10.00 has put them in such a precarious financial position that a number of small brokerages are in danger of being completely bankrupt: they are literally fighting for their lives. This is a lie and just something you made up. You just dont get it, i doubt anyone was short this stock before, it is these outrageous comments and lies that you keep spouting that attracts shorts.

Mr. Johnston had, like many of his peers started a tax shelter that was outlawed by the government and this, as is customary in America, was followed by lawsuits. It is clear you have no idea why Dave Johnston was sued by investors. You continue to prattle on pretending to have authority and knowledge about subjects you clearly know nothing about. 1. A lawsuit filed by investors against COII CEO Dave Johnston was filed under the auspices of the "Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act", (RICO), alleging "Fraud and Deceit"; 2. Dave Johnston lost the suit, then appealed and lost the appeal. 3. The defrauded investors were awarded $25 million dollars. This was not a "tax shelter" that simply had a few problems, it was outright fraud... Johnston sold investors $50 rabbits for $10,000 each by organizing an elaborate con to make investors believe there was a high priced market for the rabbit pelts... There was no hi priced pelt market, only a fake company Johnston set up to buy the pelts at ridiulously high prices so he could use the fake pelt sales information to defraud investors. The disturbing aspect of this story is Johnston seems to be using the same "con" to trick investors into thinking COII has a marketable breast detection system. We don't believe the sales to the Latin American Consortium were to a real non-affiliated company. We believe Johnston and his crew are simply trying to show fake sales in another ploy to defraud investors. Let me remind you that radiologists who have used the COII breast detection equipment dismiss it - saying there is likely no market for such a product... The Radiological Society of North America refused to allow them to present on the equipment. Gee I wonder why? Why won't anyone from the radiology industry support this equipment - heck Johnston has been trying to sell this equipment for 10 years? Do you really think after 10 years this technology has suddenly become cutting edge? Your ongoing attempt to whitewash this scumbag activity only makes yourself look like a pathetic scumbag. A typical con man... A Snake oil salesman... A used car salesman that cracks backs for a living... You seem to be willing to say anything to try to avoid the truth being exposed about a company you invested heavily in without doing proper DD... You should be ashamed of your behavior.
