Shneed: I am a new member on SI, and I've been reading your posts which are very informative. I just have one question for you, if you know, were these new rules for the so-called "Super-Soes" implemented yet, or are they still on hold and are awaiting approval? Welcome to the thread! The new SuperSOES rules have not yet been implemented. This has now been delayed two or three times. The latest implementation date I recall was for early July, but I believe that has again been delayed once more. Perhaps someone else knows the 'latest' implementation date (subject to further delay, of course). -Eric
