I'm thinking about buying. Under 30 has always been good in the past.

The question is are they still trying to sell the company as reported by TheStreet.com and having trouble doing so?

Hi, Paul, bought SWS (fourth time purchase, yikes!) @ 26 11/16 yesterday. Just seemed too cheap, even with the MTXC arb stuff and lack of action from Bear Stearns.
I was tempted to buy MTXC instead with the arb discount, but it is even thinner than SWS. Plus, if the deal fell apart...
We'll see if I went to the well once too often...
