you're a sweet guy, at least in your non-curmudgeonly version, but you're no craps player. ...if you did happen to saunter over to where the fun was, you'd only bet on "Don't Pass," which statistically is the least bad wager on the table (except for odds, of course).

You're right and you're wrong; which, in the aggregate, is better overall than your investments.

I am a lousy craps player. But when I play, I always buy the numbers, to get the odds. I never play the BIG 6/8, which I am sure is your fave. I will play the hard ways (Kay, are you listening?), but only when on a roll.

My rolls are infrequent, in my experience. More commonly, my technique is to come to the table, watch one or two players roll and seven out. At that point, I can't stand it any longer, and I get my money out, and bet the pass. Usually, the next player throws a 7/11, and I'm feeling emboldened at this point. They establish a point on the next roll, I buy all the numbers........lay lots of money out........and they typically immediately roll craps or 7 out.

Much more predictable than The Market.

But I love poker...............and will play you anytime, anywhere. The odds are better for everyone involved.
