Thanks for the info. If either of you finds out in the future when this will be implemented, please be so kind and post the info. This would be amazing IF it will be released, but somehow I doubt it, I think that the mm's are probably placing a lot of pressure on NASDAQ NOT to have this go into affect. This would certainly level the playing field to a great degree.
