My sister's brother inlaw is a business lawyer and is moving back to China from Vancouver becomes most of his business is now their. He moved back to Canada in the 90's when a lot of the capital was flowing into North America due to China taking over Hong Kong. That has now reverse and most people are very optimistic about the growth in China.
