Today's AR Baron Joke IPO just got priced (a little late in the day): Busybox.com/IPO-2: Prices 2.5M Warrants At 12.5c Each 6/27/0 10:47 (New York) LOS ANGELES (Dow Jones)--Busybox.com Inc. (BUSY) said its initial public offering of 2.5 million common shares and 2.5 million warrants was priced at $5 per share and 12.5 cents a warrant. In a press release Tuesday, the company said Barron Chase Securities Inc. acted as underwriter for the offering.
