I do not believe she would be. You can figure it out for yourself -- Given that: 1. The system which incorporates the death penalty in some states is far from perfect, 2. That system is also flawed in its structure, 3. The system further provides NO guarantee that innocents will not be executed, Therefore: 1. The system will, over time, statistically execute innocent people. 2. During the past 100 years, cases have emerged which have shown that innocents have been executed. 3. As long as the flawed, imperfect system continues more innocents are at risk of being executed. Do I have URLs bookmarked? No. But over the years I have seen written evidence in various newspapers around the country, in magazine articles, etc. I am sure the numbers (and perhaps even names are out there on the 'Net -- just about everything else is. Perhaps Amnesty International's website has some information? Let me know. Thanks.
