RAMBUS SHOULD SLAP MICRON WITH A LAW SUIT RIGHT NOW.!!! This is a country of laws, not a country of people or large companies. Witness Microsoft being taken apart at seams right now like many before who were found to be outside the law !! Rambus has all the power right now. Witness the birth of a Gorilla !!! These kind to patent infringement suits have been won a hundred times !! Micron is infringing on RAMBUS patents right now ! And they know it. They have drug their feet and sought to bring down the Rambus company to zero. Hitachi was the test case, HIT never even diputed that Rambuses patents cover DDR and Sdram, Rather they first tried to prove prior art and then antitrust. TOUGH SHIT FOR MICRON. Intel, Samsung or anybody else Rambus wishes to charge a royality to.. Okay, maybe first sue VIA and give time for Mircon to save face and come on line. But, if not substantial by the end of the 3rd qtr. Look out Micron :0)
