As I wrote in one of my filings (one of the few things I didn't copy from the stuff your lawyer penned):
It is obvious that Council for Plaintiff was negligent for not verifying said evidence actually ever existed and is further negligent for alleging "Defendant possibly in conjunction with an agent of one or more of the Defendant bulletin boards [sic; as of the date of this filing, neither of the named bulletin boards, Silicon Investor nor Raging Bull, had been served and thus are not Defendants]" changed said message without, again, verifying the message as represented to court ever existed in the first place.

[Note: "Council" should have been "Counsel". Oops! Also, AZNT has since verified they never served SI or RB and have dismissed them from the case.]

Unforunately since the court ruled it had no jurisdiction over me there was no need for it to rule on the fabrication. As you know, I won't let Qualey and Sylver's specific actions be swept under a rug. But, for now, let's look at the big picture...

Pugs would have us believe that it's now "everyone" vs. Sylver over at AZNT. Seems to me that be it court filings or SEC filings all documents were/are reviewed by Qualey. Heck, even when Benita Sylver declared bankruptcy Qualey was there to attest that AZNT stock was not one of her assets, which contradicted AZNT's applicable 10K. For someone like Qualey to even hint that Sylver pulled the wool over his eyes for so long would take you-know-whats the size of Nevada.

And lets not forget Quiel. He not only told me that AZNT had a deal on the table with Monsanto for, as I recall, $750,000,000, he also went into detail about how much was in cash and how much was in stock. He even told me at the time we talked that a few weeks prior the two companies met at AZNT to discuss the deal. If we assume for a moment that Quiel fell for a load of BS from Sylver, we're still talking two years ago when all this went down. Are we to assume that Quiel also just realized Sylver is a liar?

No, I find it hard to believe that the rats that all dined together at the Captain's table of the good ship AZNT were poisoned.
