It appears Frank got the message from the proxy votes...It has been obvious to all parties (except him) that he is not the best person to lead FCM into the new millenium and will likely not fuilfill its potential with him at the helm. I respect him for putting aside his ego and deciding to step aside. Now let's find a capable leader who will lead this company to the promised land and all of us sorry longs back to good terms with our wives<g>
