SSP, <<CHIP>><<which will leave a float of 880,000 shares only>> I disagree. There will be the cost of the merger to the private company, payoff to Montle and agents. I suspect that after the merger there will be a minimum of 5-6MM shares outstanding with insiders owning a very large majority. IMO ease out now, and buy after the merger market maker shorting crash. Check out what happened after Montle got out of the gambling business into mining. It's obvious that Montle's not our friend.
