Aus, remember at the annual meeting when I tried to pin Eli down about why he wouldn't explicitly guide analysts higher? He told me (and the rest of the group in response to my query) that he expected similar performance (sequential increases) for the next several quarters. He essentially said that he did not want to guide analysts higher because he was more interested in beating their numbers than in meeting them.

Give the stock price performance in relation to other chip makers I certainly harbor the same fears as everyone else. However, I think it all comes back to SEG. If any other company had a 22% shareholder dump their holdings indiscriminately we would see the same thing happen to its stock price.
