This Manhattan thing smells like when (s)HITT had that fraud foundation ... I can't remember, but these scams all stink the same.

It seems that "Manhattan Financial Group" appears in the Edgar database only in the filings by COII.

I performed a full-text search of the filings for this phrase, and I turned up dozens of filings by COII, but none by any other company.
