I don't know about any submarine, but that could be something new -- I was there about 20 years ago. And I guess it could qualify as a hotel, although I remember it being structured more as a B&B. At the time, it was one of the few things on the east side, and as I recall you had to take a narrow dirt or gravel road to get there.

I think it would be great to sit alongside the loch and trade stocks over the Internet.
