I see now what you mean about the additional option button - a whole new way of looking at things.

I have yet to receive that error message. I'll ask my computer guy, out of curiosity, when he comes Tuesday. He needs to finish up with my old computer which I am selling to my sister.

Susan, go to macfixit.com and enter key word "quark and freeze" and you will find a ton of stuff. Apparently Quark is not bug free.
