15-minute delay on timely charts...and on 60min. charts the average trade lasts just under 16 hours, so this is roughly a 1/60th lag...negligible. In addition, if you are watching RT quotes, you can often anticipate signals...or conversely, hold off on a signal if the RT quote is moving the other way.
