Hey! Welcome to SI, scion!

Let's consider the story of the last couple of weeks. We won't find out exactly what happened, but we'll at least know what Pugs and Kuhns said, and when they said it.

The first intimation of drama in the making was this post by aaaa:

Pugs, Please sit down when I tell you this. Silver is getting ready to blame all his problems on you. Do you think in the lawsuit against Shell that Raging bull and Silicon investor and the Shell in California were put on there because Amazon had any desire to serve them or because they were setting you up for the fall? Do you think they plan to say you had them convinced of a big conspiracy, they believed you, acted on it, and then once they did their research realized you were using them for past problems you had with various people and stocks. Who at Amazon would know about such problems? Think about why the SEC and FBI are investigating you. Think about why AZNT tells you things and only you things which you so obediently write here. Think about why even your friends have abandoned you. You need to learn this for yourself not from me. I suggest you go to the source and ask the hard questions. Tell us what you find out. By the way I also hear they found a sucker to help them with Abracil. I hope this isn't you also. Game over but lucky for us you won't know it for quite a while. Boahahahahaha!

His only other post on the thread:

ragingbull.com

Pugs himself appeared to be unconcerned, and evidently still supported the Crusher:

HA! Good one, call Syler, he's cracking up! LOLOLOL! Very funny!

ragingbull.com

On the same day, he added:

Janice, let me tell you something, another person was threatened, both Sylver & myself have provided the authorities with info. We support each other during those kind of situations.

ragingbull.com

On 5 June, Pugs, still hewing to the Company Line, said:

BS, "YOU" claim that & have yet to prove anything AZNT has said is untrue...

ragingbull.com

But later the same day, the Puggle decided to Bid Farewell to the thread. Why?

It has become increasingly more & more difficult to justify posting as much as we/I do. There are so many more pressing issues, family, career, business that desrve my time and attention...

Not very convincing. In the same post, for the first time he expressed doubt about what he'd been told by the company:

As for AZNT, though we have been told told about the GRAS and a synopsis of how the notification has taken place, none of us really know EXACTLY how it was done.

He still supported "AZNT management", though he didn't mention Mike Sylver, only Bob Quiel:

I believe the management of AZNT is working diligently on behalf of its stockholders, b ut they are the victim of organized crime & any ##### in the armour will be exploited by the promoters orchestrating the pump & dump of AZNT.... Bob Quiel is a good man & I've learned alot from him!

ragingbull.com

Of course he didn't stop posting; just switched to other aliases and lied about it. Then on Thursday 8 June he dropped the bombshell:

I believe AZNT is doing some house cleaning as we speak. The Mann case needs closure. Drop DTC! Who needs em! Get the stock audited and finish the 10k. Do an 8k on the GRAS status. I am very confident changes will be made in management and closure on these events expedited.

He hadn't entirely turned his back on the Crusher yet, though:

I have nothing in faith in [sic] Bob Quiel, Mike Sylver is the eternal optimist.

ragingbull.com

It would seem, then, that at that point someone, probably Quiel, had told him changes were underway at AZNT, but hadn't revealed anything specific.

The next day, 9 June, aaaa reappeared:

What is this I hear about Sylver's ace in the hole. Photographic proof of a "friend" secretly visiting the home of public enemy #1? Was it an act of betrayal? Impressed now? Boahahahahaha! Adios!

ragingbull.com

Did Kuhns really pay a visit to Mann in Cancun? If so, why? He refuses to tell us.

In the meanwhile, on Monday 12 June, I posted Mikey's latest perjurious affidavit...

ragingbull.com

Did Pugs ask Quiel or anyone else about that? The following day he definitively turned on the Crusher:

Can all AZNT longs contact me today? I noted last week that there was going to be a shake-up in management. I believe the wheels are turning. The group that pumps & dumps these stocks have tenacles that dig deep, too deep apparently. Things have been exposed and the BOD are tending to business. We have to thank those participating in the smear campaign for making us dig deeper into issues such as Titan, etc.. In doing so, it not only irrevocably documented their knowledge of matters shareholders were not privy to, but, their involvement. I have gone to the SEC with matters that need answers, but I need shareholders to contact me asap.
In saying that, I will tell you that Lorrichio & Quiel are on top of it. Business is good and the Mann case is close to resolution. Shareholders must demand a change in management, a clean sweep and a severing of any ties to Mann, Zapara, Doumanis, Shell, etc..
I'd prefer phone calls instead of email, I can't spend all day typing the same thing over and over again. We are learning a lot! What a ride!

The new Company Saviors are Quiel and Loricchio. He reinforced the message several times the same day. Throughout, of course, he continued to lay most of the blame at the door of the Evil Bashers. Admit he was stupid? Admit he was wrong? Admit he was conned? NEVER!!

By Wednesday 14 June he'd decided to try to propose a Sinister Conspiracy involving me and Mikey, lol. He shoulda known better:

Are you and Mikey swapping love notes like you and Tricky Ricky? Is AZNT telling Mikey bye-bye? Will Mikey talk? lol, naturally!

ragingbull.com

By this time he was really getting into the swing of it:

Who do you think got his walking papers at AZNT? Do you think he will talk? Nasty little gumbas doing each other in, funny bunnies in business suits with big guns. Clean the house and call the exterminator, the stink needs to be gotten rid of.

ragingbull.com

Say, for example, that bad Mikey is a friend" of your nasty group of funny bunnies. Say, the federales, SEC and AZNT management wanted to exorcize all you funny bunnies from AZNT, How would they do it? lol, naturally!

ragingbull.com

Finally Kuhns weighed in, though more moderately:

As I've said, I look forward to a new President at AZNT. I don't think Mike was aggressive enough.

ragingbull.com

Pugs suggested that Mikey could be voted off the board, but he wasn't taking into account how much stock Sylver and his family own:

Only troisissimo board members JellyShellyBelly. Lorrichio Sr., Jr. & Mikey. Mikey would be odd man out if he was a naughty boy. Changes are good things Jan Jan, especially when one is over a barrel.

ragingbull.com

Next day, no doubt having made more phone calls, he enlarged on this theme:

SmellyBelly, you also forgot that AZNT cancelled all common stock for Sylver and the Lorrichio's, the BOD never approved any preferred from what I understand, so you should be a happy smellybelly, The Lorrichio's have control, not Mikey.

ragingbull.com

It was, of course, pointed out to him that the conversion he referred to was announced as a fait accompli in the 1999 10-K, which was signed by both Loricchios as well as by the Crusher, but so far he's been unable to think of anything to say about that. I did ask:

ragingbull.com

No reply, except for more moronic stuff about conspiracies and "my group". His obsession with Errol continued unabated. Very relevant. The "Feds" are always extremely interested in hamsters.

Although he posted a great deal of nonsense over the next week, he didn't have any new information, to judge by his posts. Then the 8-K appeared. On Thursday 22 June he announced that there was to be a board meeting: "out with the old, in with the new".

ragingbull.com
ragingbull.com

Finally on Friday 24 June he told us that:

Last week a shareholder rep, Bob Quiel, the Lorrichio Jr. & Qualey, who has agreed to come back on the board, met over the Sylver situation.

ragingbull.com

On Sunday 26 June, he enlarged on this:

From what I have been able to ascertain, from the meeting last week, Lorrichio is now moving to remove Sylver from the BOD. Lorrichio is supported by Quiel & Mike Cohn. A shareholder rep was present who requested , before the meeting, the artiicles of incorporation, by-laws, past K's & Q's, proxy for the prefered stock Sylver claims he has and more. Sylver did not provide that info. After the meeting Lorrichio pledged support for the the removal of Sylver from the BOD.

ragingbull.com

And that's about it. If you read everything attentively, you'll see that Pugs is probably drawing from only a handful of actual talks with AZNT insiders, and that those insiders didn't tell him a great deal. He may have added some of the whistles and bells himself.

What can we conclude? Dammit, not much. Something seems to be going on. But as usual, the Puggle's sources are telling him only what they want him to know. And as usual, he's gulping the KoolAid down eagerly.
