Aus, unless things have changed recently, my info, obtained online, indicates the plant is scheduled to begin operation the end of this calendar year or early 2001. SNDK owned shares in UMC, which was acquired by Taiwan Semiconductor. Therefore, to the extent that SNDK still has some of its original UMC shares, those shares have now been exchanged for Taiwan Semi.
