Terrence Bergh: abolishment of the IRS

Early in the 20th century (1900's), the Democrats wanted an income tax. The Supreme Court considered it unconstitutional, not legal to take from Peter and distribute to Paul. So, the Democrats as the opportunity presented itself appointing replacement justices who would support an income tax. Of course, we all know they succeeded in getting the income tax in place and the socialist programs that have followed.
