Arrow, Not to belabor the point, but recall IBM's Blue Lightening and Power PC chips, as well as OS/2. Wouldn't you have said the same thing about these IBM products, which eventually bowed to outside competition? I am of the opinion that it still remains to be seen if IBM's own manufactured mid-range Servers will go the same way. However, on the positive side, I think most of the uncertainty is now understood and built into IBM's current market price. Jules
