As reported on CNBC, more bad data from the Nasdaq. The Nasdaq said the high today on the NDX was 3840, they are aware of the bad data problem and are said to be working to correct it.

Just like last Monday when the NDX futures opened 100 points lower and they attributed it to 6 erroneous trades in VRSN at the open.
