Well, at least you bought a Micron.

I had great success with the first one which is why I spent $100 more than competitors' similar offerings when I upgraded. Based on the experiences I've had with my second one, I'll never get one again. They're largely good computers, I'm sure, but if there is a problem (which can happen with any product) their in-house customer service supervisors have no authority and their outsourced service provider for work in the home, Unysis, is so screwed up in my area that it's unbelievable.
