Latest from the Court Docket: 6/19/00 268 CLERK'S NOTICE setting hearing on plaintiff's motion to compel [254-1] 9:30 7/5/00 [3:98-cv-01115] (mcl) [Entry date 06/20/00] [3:98cv1115] SNDK has been trying to obtain copies of some financial records from Lexar and finally pursued this motion to compel production. It's now been set down for hearing on 7/5 @ 9:30 PST. IMHO, it could be that SNDK is attempting to obtain info in order to frame the issue of damages on the infringement claim. Mike G.
