Pete, I doubt it's quibbling. Right along the lines of the "almost" statements. Chiro I think wants to avoid the slammer. He also didn't address the part of my original question as to whether he directly or indirectly had an interest in any of the persons or entities listed as selling shareholders on the reg stmt for the secondary.
