>>Just bought some DD, I think it made a 52 week low<< You probably know this, but there was a big article in the local rag about all the lawsuits they are getting because their fungicide didn't do what it was supposed to and ruined a lot of farmers during an unusally wet season, and the peach farmers are suing because their herbicide was too toxic or something. These are big growers who have banded together with their lawyers - said successful suits had already cost the company $100 million so far. Probably old news, but.....
