OT Then the rest of us are now in good company. I will either pay cash for my house, or pay PMI since I won't be able to afford more than 10% down! I just had an offer on a house accepted. (well a counter offer at +$500 my initial offer was accepted by me). This will be my first house. I think I can rent a room for a third to a half of the mortgage payment. My dad is a realtor and he is arranging the deal for no commission. I am planing to make a very small down payment. I'll borrow that from my 401K. I don't want to sell any of my AMD. ( Back on topic) If AMD continues to go down for a few more days I'll probably sell one or two of my small positions in other stocks. (I might get called out of my SGI and MIPSB anyway but probably not until near July expiration), and spend part of it on another July or August call or two. Tim
