I'm guessing a Q4 concall split announcement effective first Tuesday in August...

Right. If this happens:

"First to speak on our call today will be Mike Lehman, followed by Ed Zander, followed by Friendly Bunny with a very special announcement. We'll take a brief break before Mr. Bunny speaks so that all the boys and girls can ask their Moms and Dads to get off the phone.

Afterwards we'll take a few planted softball questions."

Dear JC: Thats very plausible but it puts the split possibly right at the historic NAZ drop period (ie somewhere between mid Aug and mid Sept). Maybe they would have it go effective say early October. IF that is the scenario AND the market drops before might be a good time to acquire even more SUNW. JDN
