According to the company's info circular mr khan holds 4.9 million shares and the directors as a group hold 8 million. I'd have to go through this company from the start to tell you what khan paid but I'll bet you a cyberbeer it wasn't even close to $1.50. Plus there's $8 million of convertible debt issued to insiders that convertible at $1.40. This may be a bit of an overhang? Nothing that you have said convinces me that they are following good mining practice. I'm not saying they aren't but you aren't saying they are either.
