Tim, Could you expand a little on your concerns about the "acceptance issues". I'm always concerned when there are serious revenue recognition questions, but am not aware of any outstanding questions of that nature potentially affecting stocks of interest... Am I missing something material here?

Tim, Do you attribute any of the current weakness in LTXX to the uncertainty surrounding the "101" accounting issues?
Other than the possible deferral of revenues, due to the timing adjustment that would be required, I really can't see any reason that LTXX is remaining this low, relatively speaking..
