"China is buying CDMA from Qualcomm." To the best of my information that has not happened. It is not clear that any telecom in China even has definite plans to do so. Let's remember that China is technologically backward. So their decisions about which technology to use can easily be wrong. To me it's perfectly conceivable that they haven't given much thought to wireless data transmission. Eventually isn't now. I'm not suggesting selling QCOM. I'm holding on to mine. But not because of any China business.
