There is no way that one could possibly believe they are telling the truth. Our affidavits are so different and based upon the multiple occurrences claimed, one has definitly committed perjury, and knowingly so...no way getting around that.

All I can respond is to say that it sounds like a p1$$1ng match between Mike and Todd. If you will look back at that time, I think I was more concerned with the racial slurs and threats made by another poster. I'm sure you would prefer me to be more explicit, but I'm not about to commit either way as I do not know.

I do recall something about the post referenced in Mike's affidavit, but have no idea where to find it.

I'm not going to say that either Mike or Todd is lying, because I do not know. I would imagine that they both believe what they contend to be the truth, as I doubt either of them would purposely commit perjury.

I cannot stress strongly enough that no matter what side one wishes to believe, everyone should believe that someone knowingly committed perjury, and did so maliciously and on purpose.

I think you should change your SI alias. There's a troublemaker over on RB that uses the alias of scion, which is way too close to your chosen SI alias. You wouldn't want to be mistaken for him, believe me. <g>
