<<<when was the last time nasdaq had a pe of 25??

exactly.

i assume you figure it should be higher because of growth. technology may be here forever but new companies not in the nas currently may turn out to be the winners and the current nas companies (or some of them) may turn out to be dinosaurs. why pay a pe of 25 for a company when the future growth of that industry might be captured elsewhere ?

>>>Why is pe 25 "fair"? ike when was the last time nasdaq had a pe of 25??

Victor,

Until Ikegodsey tells me he has SHORTED QQQ, I wont take him seriously. He believes Nasdaq should be @ 625. Why doesnt he short QQQ right now? If he is right, that's a hell of a profit! However, I believe he is just mouthing off!
I am long QQQ and I bet Sarmad that we wont see Nasdaq 3000 (on a closing basis) before Oct 1. Oct and Nov can be funny.
After Nov, we may *never* see Nasdaq 3000 again!
BTW, all you bears should note that we havent seen Nasdaq 3000 at all this year!!!
