TH, re: John, you are right about taking the money and not playing good. I took 5 of 11 skins Sunday and did not shoot the low round. I've found that the Sunday skins game (at my club) is actually bad for my game. 1st, if I hit a bad drive, I'm out of the hole, so I get sloppy with the rest of my shots, not a good habit to get into. 2nd, instead of playing within my capabilities, I will try shots that have only a 10% chance of success, also a bad habit. I always score 3 or 4 strokes higher on Sunday than I do on Saturday (quota game). One thing that has helped on Sunday, the club has changed the game so that the payout is half net (handicap) and half gross. This helps with my 16 handicap playing against a number of low single digit guys, I don't have to try to be superman on every hole. John
