Daniel, Beats me, I gotta go read up about it. It seems that the changing of the 66 mhz upwards fools the CPU into going faster as it has not absolute frequency referent, so a CPU locked at 8:1 will run at 800 if you change the bus to 100. Yet they sell celerons at assorted speeds so there must be board level support for more than 8:1 ratios if there ar 700 Mhz celerons sold that run at 66 mhz.
Not having played with a celeron I am a little vague on this
