We are in total agreement on this. I also feel the companies have legal precedent on their side BUT the staff bulletin as written 101A I think vs. 101 sets up a new wrinkle i.e. the "acceptance" standard. Unless the auditors went to the Microstrategy School of accounting they would be crazy to not force their clients into compliance.

Lets hope with the additional time cooler minds prevail. I believe they will although I'm actually not invested in the sector at the momment. This effort alone will cost time and resources (mostly from the CFO office staff). I know the large insurance companies have accounting policy units to monitor this type of stuff and try to help craft it in their interests to the extent they are capable.

Maybe I'll sell some of that dog SNDK tomorrow and purchase NVLS.
