Hi Lee!! Just back from 3 weeks in Venice and Tuscany. Been trading here and there. We seem still to be in a trading rangle. That failed HS on the Naz looks like something to keep an eye on -- we are not out of the woods yet. best to you and the thread

This was the one which implied equipment companes have to record the sale when the product is "accepted" by the customer versus normal (for vast majority of equipment manufacturers) practice of recording the sale on the date shipped.

Implementation is now delayed until 4th quarter. Allows more time for clarification by SEC
