Not much positive about Amazon, except the last part perhaps, about having the right customers. Amazon does seem to have the right customers. Their customers are willing to pay a premium for good service, and I think these are also the people who will increase their purchasing power fastest. Randy, I agree 100%. The Amazon customer is not looking for the lowest price but rather the best selection and service. Average income is likely higher than norm compared to let's say customers at buy.com, cdnow.com etc. Glenn
