***************EVERYONE MUST READ THIS*******************

this morning, prior to going to work, i received a phone call from a man who tried to portray himself as a
concerned investor, wanting to know more about coii.

as time passed he began to ask me questions about coii and eventually went into a tirade about how shady dave johnston MIGHT BE involved in fraudulant activity--throwing around threats and innuendos to shake my faith
in the management team.

HE TRIED INITIALLY CONVINCE ME THAT HE WAS A CONCERNED INVESTOR, BUT ONLY LATER SHOWED HIS TRUE COLORS. FOLKS, THIS IS ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF HOW DESPERATE THIS SHORT GROUP IS--WILLING TO *IMPERSONATE* SOMEONE TO TRY TO SHAKE AN
INVESTOR'S CONFIDENCE.

i eventually, after accepting that he would not talk in a civilized manner, was forced to hang up on him.

WHY AM I A TARGET? With my book publicaion as well as other articles about me, i am an easy target--they
know my name and where i live. my reason for telling all of you this, is to demonstrate how dysfunctional these
people are. they are like the short selling version of the Moonies--they have convinced themselves that their
crusade to make money is really a crusade to rid the earth of fraudulant companies. i think in psychopatholgy it is called "delusion."

I GOT MORE CONFIRMATION TODAY ABOUT HOW LARGE THE SHORT SELLERS POSITION REALLY IS--YES, IT IS A 20M+.

DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE. THIS GUY LIED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING, AND I AM SURE, WOULD HAVE LIED TO THE END HAD I LET HIM. HE, LIKE HIS FRIENDS, USE SLANDER, HALF-TRUTHS AND INNUENDOS TO SHAKE OUR CONFIDENCE.

i am sorry that we all need to go through this. but, remember that this group will do anything to get out of their short position which probably now total losses in excess of $200M.

i am swayed by logic, but not when it is twisted and desperate.

good luck to all.

chirodoc continues to post this blatantly false post daily. chirodoc has had the innaccuracies of this post pointed out to him several times already, but he doesn't even bother to change that which a third grade student could see.

$8.30 x $20,000,000 =$166,000,000, not $240 million as chirodoc continues to claim.

Short interest is not reported on OTC stocks, so chirodoc made up the 20 million short number.

It is ludicrous on its face to claim that all shorts have a basis of a price that hasn't been seen since 8/99.

What other lies is chirodoc telling? How stupid he must think those who go long COII are.

Barb
