A word about Reggie: I could care less about football, so when I met this man, I had no idea who he was. All I can tell you is that he was at a primitive Boy Scout camp, over a weekend, with 7 inner-city teenage youth. Reggie was so kind and genuine. No other adult was with this group. This is a man who truly gives of himself, even when the cameras aren't rolling. Don't think I would have seen Al Sharpton or Jerry Falwell camping with teenagers who needed a caring male role model. Reggie has the same right to speak his mind as any American. FWIW, I'm not christian, black, anti-gay, football fan. But I do believe actions speak louder than words.
