My guess is they are moving the price up prior to the AGM just like they have always moved the price up before their AGM's.

Technical Analysis of KRT.

If you look at the KRT chart, it has formed a little triangle. It is now in a classic breakout through the upper boundry of that triangle with a pull back to the upper line to test for support. If it acts as triangles are supposed to and now runs up the height of the triangle above the breakout, then that would be 75 cents.
