ZERO claims to be debt-free? Seems that their 10Q for the period ending 3/31/2000 somehow forgot to mention the current liability for 12/31/1999 that was shown on the audited form 10. Oh well. They might as well say asset-free, revenue-free, and cashflow-free, as well. I assume the financial statements are in dollars, and not in thousands of dollars. There's simply nothing to this company, other than 15.4 M shares outstanding, trading at 5 3/4. Amazing. The form 10 strangely omitted to mention how many shares the CEO owns. It does show a few people with Vancouver addresses, however.
