Very perceptive point about the quick moves destabilizing our reasoning and thinking. Making a plan and sticking to it have been next to impossible these past couple of years for me. I would second what Tom said about the diversity of trading strategies on the thread. I have found that very short term trading doesn't work for me (a polite way of saying I am no good at it), whereas medium term positions (from a couple weeks to a few months) work great and LTBH tends to give me average returns. So while I occasionally post short term ideas or comment on others' ideas, I am usually scouting out likely medium term strategies for my own use. MAD DOG
