I think the lawsuit announcement is so inevitable that it will have no impact on the stock at all.

So, are we expecting an EOD rally?

I feel like I've been in hibernation for
a week, without getting any rest.
Finished a huge project at around 9:30 p.m.,
last night. Caught my flight back from the
bay area at 8 a.m. on Sunday and was in the
office by 11 a.m. until nearly 11 that night, too.

Can't seem to get up enough enthusiasm to get
out of my own way today.<g>

I think perhaps this is a Roscoe's week.<g>
What do you think?

M

Hi Tom:

Good luck with HLIT. Just from recent experience with blow ups (unfortunately I have had a few this year) it appears the best time to get out is in after hours after the news (I assume some general market orders are in place to buy and this keeps the price up) cause the next day there is more dumping with buyers at a lower level.

Some of the bounces I've seen come around 10 to 11 and the selling continues in the afternoon. I'm sure my experiences are not a valid sample but just something to add to the thought process.

Usually the lawsuit news is the day the stock sets a bottom

Tim
