Rich: I would have to know your age and financial objectives. It is a personal decision. I am playing defense because of my outlook and my decision to preserve capital.

I am presently 40% bonds and 60% cash. Within that cash position is no more than a 10% trading position at any one time.

QQQ trade is your decision. I think you have 10%-15% upside from here with no guarantees. Allocate your risk capital with that in mind.

Now if you are waiting for an outright QQQ buy call for investment, I think you will have to wait at least to the Fall but probably longer.
