Core asset of the past for Corel would WP or Draw for Windows. Core assets of the future are ostensibly anything related to Linux. See the company's discussion of the June 8 layoffs - 'no plans to sell core assets' and then at one point this was shown to cover the Windows stuff and the Linux programs.

Print Office is not one of those, and is probably one of the consumer apps that they are shopping around.
