TimmerMan,
sure, the spindoctors can throw more FUD and disinformation at QCOM

but after seeing the last two weeks of trading action, I have concluded with 97% probability that QCOM has seen its lows for the year... all manner of disinformation was thrown at us, including an amateurish Snyder H&Q opinion... with bad spin on China, downgrades, lowered estimates, misunderstood wCDMA royalty, all they could do was peek at the precipice at milepost 60

anything can happen, like a boycott by suppliers toward CDMA chip mfg... but I think an asteroid splash in Manhattan's East River is more likely... this low even had a capitulation sell by a very emotional investor who goes by the initials JW, with re-entering two full days later

Costello on CNBC now is enjoying his wireless modem handheld device for multiple stock quotes... excellent publicity for wireless data applications... PC Expo in NewJackCity is giving great exposure to wireless devices, with tons of talk of future applications... I expect QCOM to eventually find itself at the epicenter of this imminent phenomenon... Sony devices are taking center stage, so it seems... Palm's Yankowski on CNBC now talking about Palm working with Qualcomm... guy now showing how Handspring Visor has slotted modules for playing MP3... this stuff is slick

wireless internet will come of age very very soon, sooner than my temples turn completely gray... damn, I am sounding optimistic again (depression might be wearing off)

I expect the Fed to raise by 25 bpt tomorrow, not because of recent evidence of economic overheating... rather because the Fed has never in its history raised rates between Presidential Conventions and Presidential Elections... I just think these hack policy makers (living in the Arab Embargo 1970's) want to raise once more... so they might get it over with now

Volt, please tell if me I have to return to the workforce
thanks, Jim
