perhaps you are right. It is these itesm that have come ou to fleft field that hvae created chaos in what seemd organized.

There's QCOM with its (present) chinese and korean problems.
CTXS with its huge earnings shortfall.
RMBS with its (potential) patents not yet tested in courts. Its down 12 so far today.

May I suggest that we put as many unknowns as we can in our reports and also have a 'misc unkowns' item where collective fears can be posted on each stock.

And now that we know about it, people are focusing on what the size of the markets are and the potential revenue streams.

Not to mention that, until the patent was actually granted, it was only a possibility and without it, the current situation would be very different. Investing at the point when the patent is just a possibility isn't exactly Gorilla territory.
